The Terms of Service apply to all services and software solutions provided by Airsquire Pte. Ltd. a company incorporated under the laws of the Singapore, whose corporate seat is at #03-18, 73 Ayer Rajah Crescent, S139952, Singapore, with company registration number 201727676C, hereinafter referred to as “Airsquire”.

• Airsquire has developed and is the owner of valuable IT & related know-how in the field of 360° virtual sites.

• You wish to make use of certain Airsquire services.

Your access to, and use of airgo.airsquire.ai or any other website, platform or software owned and/or operated by Airsquire is subject to these Terms of Service.

• You will not use the Airsquire platform or any other Airsquire software or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Service.

• The Airsquire platform is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you are therefore prohibited from using the platform if you are a minor.

• By using the Airsquire platform or any other Airsquire software or services, you indicate that you fully accept the Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using the platform, software and services;

• Airsquire reserves the right to:

  • Change the Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the platform, software and services following any such changes shall be deemed to be your unconditional acceptance of such change;

  • Change or remove (whether temporarily or permanently) the platform, software or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Airsquire shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

If you breach any obligation under the Terms of Service, Airsquire shall be entitled to, at its sole discretion:

• Immediately suspend your access to the platform, software and services; and/or

• Terminate our subscription agreement with you.

You acknowledge that Airsquire may disclose information regarding your use of the platform to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, court order, subpoena, or other legal process. If Airsquire makes this type of required disclosure, we will notify you, unless we are required to keep the disclosure confidential.

Airsquire is not obligated to, but may choose to, remove any prohibited materials and deny access to any person who violates the Terms of Service. We further reserve all other rights.

All payments made to Airsquire are considered final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that payments made to Airsquire are not eligible for set-off against any other amounts, claims, or disputes.

Airsquire may update and change any part or all of the Terms of Service. If we update or change the Terms of Service, the updated version will be posted publicly at the Terms of Service, which will constitute notice of such change. The updated Terms of Service will become effective and binding on the next business day after posting. When Airsquire changes these Terms of Service, the ‘updated’ date below will be changed to reflect the date of the most recent version.
