Transforming Construction with 360° Site Capture: Airsquire’s Practical Approach
Introduction: Why We Built Airsquire
I’m Kyle, CEO and Co-founder of Airsquire. With a background in Engineering and Construction Management, I’ve spent the past eight years building Airsquire across the UK, Netherlands, and Singapore.
During this time, we noticed a recurring challenge: construction teams were struggling to document and communicate what was happening on site. While 3D capture hardware was becoming widely available, there wasn’t practical software for industrial construction use.
That insight led us to build Airsquire: 360° reality capture software for construction teams. Engineered in Singapore and deployed across 200+ projects globally, our platform helps teams capture, visualize, and act on site data more effectively.
The Problem: Construction Risk and Inefficient Reporting
Construction projects face razor-thin margins, with risk being the top concern for executives. Research shows that over 50% of projects are perceived as underperforming due to schedule delays, disputes, and costly rework.
Traditional tools - fragmented photos, spreadsheets, and manual reports - still dominate construction documentation. Engineers often spend hours capturing photos, stitching them into reports, and hoping decisions are made correctly. Most of these reports go unread, creating inefficiency and hidden risk.
Target keywords: construction project risk, construction documentation software, reduce construction delays
Our Solution: Practical 360° Reality Capture for Construction Teams
Airsquire simplifies construction site capture and reporting:
Fast and intuitive: Any worker can scan a site in 15 minutes without GPS or internet.
AI-powered reconstruction: Our platform creates “Google Street View” style virtual site maps for remote inspection and progress tracking.
Centralized insights: Project managers and engineers can access a single source of truth instead of piecing together hundreds of photos.
This approach dramatically reduces inefficiency, helps teams spot risks early, and supports better decision-making.
Target keywords: 360° construction capture, virtual site inspection, AI construction software
Customer Success: Beyond Documentation
Technology adoption in construction isn’t just about software: it’s about practical partnership. Over 200+ projects, we’ve learned that customer success requires hands-on support and workflow integration.
Our teams visit sites after implementation to guide champions through real-world workflows.
Our clients went beyond documentation to utilise Airsquire for capture planning, progress reporting, and remote inspections.
We achieve a 93% sustained utilization rate among renewing customers, meaning recurring weekly adoption, not just one-off usage.
Target keywords: construction software adoption, construction technology partner, site capture solution
Looking Ahead: Airsquire’s Product Roadmap
We continue to innovate based on feedback from clients worldwide:
Practical workflows: Supporting industry workflows such as virtual inspections - like Singapore’s regulatory “Virtual TOP” - and weekly progress reporting. Clients can export data in four different formats to integrate directly with their reporting workflows.
Expanded visual intelligence capabilities: Adding more “eyes” to the site with drone and LiDAR capture for richer data, combined with AI visual search to quickly locate and address issues.
Our goal is to be the most practical visual intelligence partner for construction teams globally.
Target keywords: construction digital twin software, drone LiDAR construction, AI construction analytics
Conclusion: Partnering to Reduce Risk and Save Time
Construction teams deserve tools that simplify their work while improving visibility and reducing risk. At Airsquire, we combine practical software with a hands-on partnership to deliver actionable insights and drive project success worldwide.
